Refund policy

Each item is made to order and means I do NOT accept cancellations or refunds.

If an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee of $5.00. NO refund will be issued.

Please be advised items are ALL unisex sizing unless stated otherwise. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Face masks cannot be return & refund will not be given.
We cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.

All sales final on list above no exceptions.

Exchanges
No exchanges will be made.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund if approved.
